SalaryGGCO includes Whistling Kite, The Chase Bar & Bistro, Port Kennedy Tavern, The Vernon Arms Tavern and White Lakes Brewery. We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team at The Chase Bar & Bistro.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- An ability to be an essential member in a team environment
- Excellent knowledge and strength in Kitchen Operations
- An ability to execute given tasks to completion without having to be micromanaged
- Good product knowledge
- Time management
- and most importantly of all: a PASSION for both hospitality and DELIVERING AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE to our guests.
