Built from scratch and sitting right in the heart of the Gregory Hills community, it features live entertainment, a sports bar, family dining, a children’s play area and much more. Whether you are in the mood to watch the game with friends over a crafty or grab a cocktail and enjoy some live music, the pub has something for people from all walks of life.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Have a passion for excellent quality food, produce and service
- Be reliable, punctual, and hard working
- Have strong communication skills
- Be able to maintain kitchen procedures and WHS standards
- Have sound knowledge of food, health & safety procedures
- Available to work a mix of weekends & nights
- Have Australian working rights
