We have positions in our production kitchen and in cafes located in Macquarie Park & Rookwood
In this hands-on role the successful applicant will have the following qualities and skills:
- Has a passion for delicious food
- Excellent food preparation and presentation skills
- Motivated, energetic with a positive attitude.
- Positive and hospitable people skills
- Able to work in a varied/dynamic role
- Problem solver who thrives in a fast paced environment
- Looking for a long term career, willingness to develop leadership experience
- Previous experience following food safety systems and procedures
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
- Chef trade certificate (advantageous)
- Is able to work autonomously within deadlines following our systems
- Chef with previous experience in a fast paced Cafe.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Hard-working, reliable, flexible attitude and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a demanding role while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
