YOUR MISSION- Ensure CPG quality standards are met
- Efficiently utilise resources to achieve production schedules in accordance with CPG standards
- Follows processes and procedures that are set out to drive best in class results
- Works with hand tools and machines to complete assemblies
- Follows verbal and written mechanical instructions as assigned by their manager
- Performs quality checks and participates in problem identifications and resolutions
- Responsible for setting up charts and machinery for new product ranges
- Able to train entry level assemblers and sets a positive example with peers
- Able to lift 5 – 10kg throughout the day; stands for long hours
- Ability to perform minor mechanical assembly calculations
- Be prepared as a member of the CPG team to assist in other business functions when required
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time
YOUR TALENT- Have strong technical knowledge of golf product.
- Previous experience in any/all areas of club assembly is desirable but not essential (including gripping).
- Be a strong communicator and work closely with the custom build and customer service teams.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High level of organisational skills
- Ability to multitask/prioritise work and deal with time critical tasks.
- Team oriented and be able to work effectively without supervision.
- Be prepared as a member of the CPG team to assist in other business functions when required.
