Assist in the delivery of quality customer service to our community and internal departments.
We are seeking expressions of interest from passionate and driven individuals who are interested in helping to achieve strategic objectives for Alexandrina Council and community. You must also have flexibility to be available at short notice and be prepared to assist across the organisation at various locations as required.

The role
As our Customer Experience Officer you'll be at the forefront of our customers in person or on the phone with their enquiries or assisting with their payments.
What you will be doing:
Receipting of money and banking
Inbound Call Centre operation
Rate enquiries
Dog registration processing
Assisting customers with facility and event bookings
Processing Section 7 and 187 Search requests
Other general administrative duties as required
