About the role
As the Customer Liaison Officer your primary focus will be to make life better for the customer with simple solutions to resolve their problems and needs. You will liaise with customers and internal departments to provide timely and accurate delivery of goods. This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Routleys family.
Duties
General liaison with:
Clients to arrange collection of payment and deliveries
Suppliers to check delivery dates into the warehouse
Warehouse staff to organise timely delivery
Internal sales consultants as required
Internal accounts department as required
Skills & experience
Versatile professional with experience in customer service
Strong MS Office suite knowledge
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Warm and friendly phone manner
Experience in the building industry is advantageous
