The role
As our Customer Experience Officer you'll be at the forefront of our customers in person or on the phone with their enquiries or assisting with their payments.
What you will be doing:
- Receipting of money and banking
- Inbound Call Centre operation
- Rate enquiries
- Dog registration processing
- Assisting customers with facility and event bookings
- Processing Section 7 and 187 Search requests
- Other general administrative duties as required
