The Opportunity
As a result of internal promotions, we are now seeking to appoint a positive & enthusiastic Casual Customer Service / Call Centre star to help our dynamic Customer Service team located in Moorebank, NSW. Experience is preferred, but your personality is more important.

About the Role
- Provide a first class ‘No Limits’ service experience for our franchise partners, corporate & household customers
- Positively engage with customers via phone or email, & ticketing system
- Respond to contacts from our many happy customers & resolve escalations & complaints
- Successfully prioritise incoming email and phone communications & multitask to efficiently deliver desired results within the required time frames
- Portray a professional, friendly image to positively reflect the Pack & Send brand to all internal and external customers
- Communicate in a confident and friendly manner to resolve all enquiries in an amicable manner
- Promote positive relationships with all callers, whilst diplomatically managing individual call times
- Aim to resolve all conflict situations, escalating to the Customer Service Manager only when necessary.
About You
- Experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre role preferred (not essential)
- Carrier or freight knowledge/background ideal (not essential)
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive, bright personality and a 'can-do' attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a warm, pleasant telephone manner
- Effective organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, problem solve and multi-task
- A 'no limits' Customer Service philosophy and a keen work ethic
