In addition to the Barambah Brand following an acquisition in 2021, we now include the award winning five:am yoghurt brand to our portfolio, made organically and locally at our Carrum Downs factory in Victoria.
As a result of this growth, we are looking for casual MR/HR Delivery Drivers to join our team.
The suitable candidate will be able to cope with some flexibility and ad hoc situations in the course of the day, as well as being accurate and courteous for each delivery.
About the Delivery Drivers - Multi Drop role:
This position requires the accurate delivery of orders on a multi drop to a wide range of customers, whilst taking great care of our chilled product. Our Delivery Drivers are the face of our company and need to be able to interact with our customers and provide a great Barambah experience.
We are looking for Drivers who are very reliable and honest, takes care of equipment and our customers, and behaves with awareness of safety at all times. It is essential to have the ability to work in a small team in a respectful and positive manner.
This is not a pallet on pallet off operation and we seek motivated team members looking to work in a fast-paced friendly environment and can work with minimal supervision.
This is a physical role with heavy lifting.
This role will support and assist the Cold-room Pick/Pack activities as required.

- Have an MR or HR Licence – HC licence is preferred but not required
- Multi-drop experience essential
- Forklift licence advantageous or willingness to become licenced is essential
- Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast paced environment
- Great customer and communication skills
- Be able to pass a full medical including a drug & alcohol test
- Be physically fit as the position requires repetitive heavy lifting within safety guidelines
- To undertake all duties in a safe responsible and courteous manner
