Your Role:
As our Casual Dental Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role with our patients in helping them have a fun and relaxed experience at the dentist and hence maximise their health outcomes. We are a collabrative team and opinion matters, do you know how we can improve, we want to know how! Which is why you will have ongoing training from within and outside of the practice. You’ll work closely with our patients, dentists and other administrative/clinical staff to streamline the operations and enhance the overall patient experience.
If you thrive on a dynamic role that allows you to branch out into helping other areas of the practice, such as administration/reception, this is surely the role for you.
Your rostered shifts will vary from 1-2 days per week, based on needs of the practice and leave cover.
This is a casual position, though could be a part-time position for 2-3 days for a high performing candidate looking for a dynamic role.

Requirements:
- Dental Clinical Assistant Experience: A recent DA Cert III or IV graduate with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring and supporting others.
- Team Player: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work collaboratively with others.
