You will lead a highly motivated team and use your skills to further grow the talent of each team member to enhance their cohesive, functioning unit.
You will value the importance of projecting a professional and positive attitude to clinicians, team members, patients, referring dentists and organisations.
You will also appreciate the practice core value that genuine care for patients cannot happen unless there is genuine care for each team member.
