Noah's Ark offers a unique and innovative approach to staffing. Our staffing model of ratio plus 2 educators assigned to each classroom ensures that we can mentor and build educator capacity to increase wellbeing, education and learning outcomes for our educators, children and families. As a casual educator, you will support our team to provide continuity of care for children and families and be a warm and familiar face to our community.
About us
We are a not-for-profit community organisation catering for 81 children each day, and focus on building a homelike environment for children and our families. We are positioned in an ideal location, close to local shops, post office, playground and ovals. We draw on theories and practices including RIE, Pikler, Reggio Emilia, and Vygotsky to influence and inspire our practice..

The successful candidate will have:
- completed, or be working towards, a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and Care or ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teacher Degree
- experience working in Early Education and Care is ideal but not required
- the ability to work independently in a diverse team environment
- a reliable and professional work ethic
