CTA or Career Transition Assistance Program has been designed to help people aged 45 years and over, to improve their confidence and skills to become more competitive in the local labour market. The Course explores job and career options, assists participants with resumes writing, job applications and interview skills, as well as developing digital skills and creating a Career Pathways Plan aligned with skills and goals.

- Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of accountability - be self-motivated, manage time effectively and set priorities
- Capacity to achieve meaningful and sustainable education and employment outcomes for participants
- Understanding of appropriate behaviours and strategies when working with participants, including people with diverse needs and/or backgrounds
- Ability to communicate and liaise with schools, education, employment/industry and community agencies in a professional and effective manner
- Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work methodically and thoroughly with and through others
- Ability to comply with contractual obligation and quality systems
- The capacity to work on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
