Pay: $28.52-$31.06 per hour + Super + Casual Loading

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll play an integral role in the education program within the room and across the center team. This involves actively contributing to the learning environment, engaging and supervising children attentively, and ensuring a safe space for everyone involved, including children, families, and fellow team members. Building and nurturing positive relationships with both children and families is paramount, fostering trust and a sense of belonging. Adherence to National Quality Standards and Goodstart's policies and procedures is essential to maintaining high-quality care and education. Additionally, you'll support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement, striving for excellence in all aspects of your role.
