AddressWe are currently seeking experienced and motivated Educators to join our team at our thriving childcare facility in Condon (with opportunities for more shifts at our sister services in Rasmussen and Mt Louisa).
We are a childcare centre committed to providing high-quality care and education to children from infancy to preschool age. As an educator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives by fostering their development and nurturing their curiosity.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children
- Observe and document children's progress and communicate with parents and colleagues.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs.
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A valid Working with Children Check
- A passion for working with young children and their families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
