Our Bilinga Centre -
Edge Early Learning Bilinga provides authentic quality care and education for children six weeks to school age. The centre utilizes an inquiry-based and abecedarian approach where children learn through discovery and play. Our passionate educators place importance on meaningful interactions and creating a strong sense of belonging to enrich caregiving for every child based on their individuality.
Qualifications
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively 'studying towards'
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current Child Protection Training Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current Blue Card
Successful candidates will:
- Nurture, care and educate children from birth to 5 years of age.
- Place children at the forefront of their work.
- Have a sound understanding on the Early Years Learning Framework & Convention Rights of the Child.
- Be open to ideas new ideas and contribute collaboratively alongside a team by sharing ideas.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Develop trusting, meaningful and authentic relationships with children, families, colleagues, management & community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance of the EYLF and NQS.
