The Roles
We are looking for highly motivated and inspiring Lead Educators / Diploma / Cert 3 Educators to join our team. As the Lead Educator, you will spend your time mentoring and coaching staff and leading the way with programming and planning. Running a room and team within the room.
Your leadership skills will bring out the best in your team as you assist and support your team. You will be supported by the centre manager and educational leader.
We are looking for people who ‘think outside the box’ and honour individuality and creativity. The successful applicants should be committed to engaging with children and families in a variety of ways to facilitate their individual learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their own ongoing research and professional growth. Required Qualifications & Desired Skills

- Suitable qualifications for the role,
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,

- Diploma or working towards Diploma
- Cert 3 or working towards Cert 3
