Facilitators will be contracted by PACE where there is a match between what a client is looking for and what a facilitator is able to offer.We are particularly interested in building relationships with facilitators who have expertise in one or more of the following topic areas:
- Finance Essentials
- Lean Thinking or Lean Six-Sigma
- Digital Transformation
- Leadership Development (team leader, emerging leader, senior leader, executive)
- Service Excellence
- Change Management (teams, organisations)
- Organisational Culture
- Systems Thinking
- Psychosocial Safety
- Expertise in other professional development topics may also be considered
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences for adult learners that meet high quality standards.
- Deliver innovative and creative workforce development solutions for industry and/or government clients.
- Facilitate group discussions and effectively manage group dynamics.
- Adapt facilitation style and learning materials to suit different learner groups, settings and delivery modes.
- Incorporate current and real-world examples and case studies into learning content.
- Convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Prioritise and meet agreed deadlines.
- Contextualise learning experiences for a wide range of international learner cohorts.
