Form of workWe are seeking casual FOH staff for a high-profile dining precinct that is opening soon in Canberra’s parliamentary playground.
ROSA’S is an all-day garden bar serving pizza by the pie or by the slice, as well as takeaway coffee, sandwiches and pastries, and cocktails come sundown. It’s part of The Lawns of the Lobby development, nestled between two vibrant new restaurants and the iconic National Rose Gardens.
You are…
- Have at least 6 months FOH hospitality experience
- Have experience with POS system
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Cool and calm under pressure/hectic environments
- A great communicator reliable & hardworking
- Experienced at waiting tables and greeting guests.
- A desire to develop relationships with customers and engage with them.
- A desire to develop your personal and professional skillset.
- Perks but not essential for the role: - Coffee experience - Bar experience

The company The Lawns of the Lobby is a progressive hospitality group based in Canberra. With the acquisition of an iconic building located in the heart of the city’s National Triangle, the group will be opening multiple new hospitality concepts throughout 2024–including two day-to-night bar and dining experiences and a catering arm.
