Moonee Valley Racing Club (MVRC) is one of Australia's most progressive and innovative thoroughbred racing clubs and multi-purpose entertainment venues. We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity to join the team on a casual basis as a F&B Supervisor for non-race day events.
We are looking for individuals who can coordinate operations in conference & events and oversee our team of F&B attendants. MVRC is committed to maintaining high standards of excellence in customer experience and as a leader, you will help set these standards by displaying your passion for hospitality with a can-do attitude.
What you'll need:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proven experience in a similar position (supervisor experience is essential)
- Passion and enthusiasm for hospitality
- Immaculate presentation, punctual and reliable
- Current & valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Flexible availability (including evenings/weekends and early starts/late finishes)
