• Warm / Friendly / Exceptional 5-star true Hospitality person with exceptional level of service – Attitude is key
• Meticulous appearance
• Coffee making experience desirable 
• Effective time management and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Communication skills suited to liaising at executive levels
• Knowledge of Food and wine
• Experience in staff management, leadership and operations
