The role offers flexibility for the right person. This includes permanent or casual shifts, and ability to work in fine dining, bar and bistro service, or catering for functions and large events. Your employer is family-friendly and encouragesthat all staff have two consecutive days off for staff wellbeing.
As a supervisor, you will be coordinating kitchen and floor staff to ensure timelines are adhered to, ensuring all staff are engaged, motivated, and completing their assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Other duties could include:

• Ensure the planning and preparation of all food/bar outlets is conducted in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
• Supervising all personnel and ensuring all policies and standard procedures adopted for high quality and efficient operation.
• Ensuring that the member's needs are at the forefront of everything you do.
• Maintain Front of House, work areas, cellar and storerooms are in a neat, organized and presentable condition.
• Training staff in all aspects of Food and bar service, stock and service equipment.
