WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for the day-to-day set up and running of HostCo functions and events
A variety of duties including serving food and beverages, setting up and packing down events, and assisting with support the team with your infectious ‘can do’ attitude
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Minimum of 1 year's demonstrated experience working in hospitality or as a waiter/waitress
Ability to confidently carry trays and plates
A professional ‘can do’ attitude
Flexibility regarding hours worked
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol competency card or willing to obtain one
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
DESIRABLE CRITIERIA
Current Australian driver’s license
HOURS OF WORK
Hours of work will vary week to week and will span over 7 days

$30.27 per hour + 11% Superannuation

The USU (University of Sydney Union) is proudly Australia’s oldest and largest not-for-profit student organisation, dedicated to providing students with the best possible university experience.
Led by a student board elected by our members, the USU provides fun things on campus, such as festivals, events and parties. We manage a diverse range of programs, including an active volunteering program and a Language Exchange, to name a few. In addition, we support over 200 Clubs and Societies as well as operate bars, food and retail outlets across campus, providing great coffee, affordable fresh food, graduation gown hire and official USYD merchandise.
