Our work is largely project driven with a continued growth in customer orders, we are looking for Production Assembly Operators to join our operations in Clayton South, Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, this is a hands-on and varied role that will be both challenging and rewarding for the right candidate.
You must be a team player who can demonstrate the ability to produce quality products to customer’s standards. The key to your success will be the attention to detail and the ability to understand a variety of technical and electrical drawings and information and follow established processes.
You will ideally have
- Preferably experience gained or interested in Electrical/Mechanical assembly operation or relevant knowledge, or experience in machine operation in a production environment
- High levels of adaptability and focus on achieving deadlines
- Good communication skills, written and verbal with confidence to learn new technical concepts
- Ability to correctly follow a variety of technical drawings, process instructions and data packs
- Strong attention to detail
- A commitment to safety, quality, teamwork and workmanship
