Casual GPS Installer

In this role you'll visit cars on the road from our Uber Carshare fleet. Your responsibility will be upgrading the GPS located on the inside of cars

About the role
This role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a casual role that allows them to be on the move and not stuck behind a desk. We are looking for dedicated individuals to visit cars from our Uber Carshare fleet in Cairns and upgrade the GPS located on the inside of the cars. This involves removing the current GPS and replacing them with new ones. You will be given a list of cars to visit each day and will be required to drive between the cars for the GPS upgrades. We will of course provide you with exceptional training on day one. A great opportunity for individuals at all skill levels, no previous experience required!
Your day-to-day will include:

• Being allocated a list of cars to visit that day
• Driving to the cars which have been allocated to you
• Removing the current GPS
• Adding a new GPS
• Marking that car as complete on your list
• It’s as easy as that!!!!

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Australian driving licence
• Must be located in the Cairns area
• Must have your own car
• Must have your own smartphone
• Must be available for full time work from April - June 2024 (we may be slightly flexible with these dates)
• Must complete a minimum of 10 jobs per day worked (each job takes an estimated 20-30 mins)
