When international air cargo touches down in Australia, we’re there to get it the rest of the way to its destination. Our interstate trucking services cover the domestic legs of international airfreight operations, driving between all the major cities from our hubs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Coolangatta, Perth and Adelaide.

As a casual Long Distance Driverbased in Melbourne, you will drive heavy (Road Ranger gearbox preferred) vehicles over Long Distances, predominantly performing change over work with our Sydney Drivers in Tarcutta, or our Brisbane Drivers in Kempsey.

This role usually departing no later than 7:00pm, completing the changeover and returning back to our Melbourne Airport Depot. Occasionally, you would be required to drive straight to Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane.

If you are an experienced MC Long Distance driver looking for a casual position with less traveling and more work life balance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

To be successful in this position you’ll have:

• A MC drivers licence
• Experience operating 18 speed Road Ranger gearboxes (preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts
• A clean driving record
• High attention to detail and focus on safety.
• Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
