Your Role in Our Success
As a Casual Mall Leasing Executive at this large Shopping Centre in Melbourne's North, your role is central to the efforts in sourcing and securing Casual Mall Leasing retailers. Your primary objective is to achieve or surpass the annual Casual Mall Leasing income budget for our valued assets. Your responsibilities encompass:
Exploring New Business Prospects

• Identify fresh business opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with key clients

Mall Merchandising Expertise

• Engage in negotiations for mall merchandising and storage agreements
• Facilitate temporary leasing of vacant retail tenancies
• Supervise mall space allocation and usage
• Establish connections within the local community

Financial Duties

• Skillfully prepare budgets for mall merchandising
• Provide monthly reports
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently
• Handle tenant invoicing and rent collection

The Ideal Candidate We Seek
To excel in this role, you should ideally possess:
Relevant Experience

• Prior experience in Retail Leasing or Casual Mall Leasing is advantageous
• A strong sales background and a genuine interest in the retail industry

Key Skills

• Effective interpersonal skills and strong negotiation abilities
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team

This position is based on-site at a large shopping center in the northern region of Melbourne.
