An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced OCE Supervisor to join our dynamic and high performing mining team. As a senior member of the mining team and reporting directly to the Production Superintendent, you will be an inspiring leader with the ability to upskill teams in a complex mining environment, have the ability to influence stakeholders, challenge the norm and implement change. You will bring everyone on your team along on the journey and drive a culture of having fun, communicating and striving to be your best.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience and knowledge of Truck & Shovel mining practices as well as a broader understanding of all aspects of open cut mining. You will hold an Open Cut Examiner's qualification, and as a genuine, ethical leader you have the ability to mentor and guide large-scale teams in a complex mining environment to achieve business goals.

This role is a wonderful opportunity for you no matter your circumstance. You will have the option to either live locally in one of the communities that surround our operation or stay on site in our amazing village.
