We have dual head offices in Adelaide and Toowoomba, and 95 branches across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory, trading under two brands, Heritage Bank and People's Choice.
About the role
As a Member Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for members when they visit our retail branch whether it’s to open an account, inquire about our products, or to manage their finances. You will be accountable for the effective delivery of superior customer service by anticipating member needs and making every interaction simple and effective.
Supporting our north central branch network from Adelaide CBD to Gawler and anywhere in between, this role is an excellent introduction to a career in banking with an opportunity to gain industry experience and exposure by working across our different branch locations in a flexible and supportive environment.
The hours
This is a casual on call position covering planned and unplanned leave and as such the hours will vary from week to week.
Our branches are open between 9.30am- 4.00pm weekdays as well as Saturday mornings. If you’re looking for flexibility in between university schedules, the school run or just want more work/life balance, this is the role for you!
It is essential that you can work at short notice and be flexible regarding working hours.
Please note that a successful applicant will be expected to attend up to 2 weeks of full-time training upon commencement in the role.

About you
