Role:         Casual Merchandiser

Location: Batemans Bay

Hours:      Flexible, Casual

Pay:          Competitive rate based on experience

• Implementing merchandising plans and directives to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Ensuring all products are displayed according to brand standards and guidelines.
• Conducting regular stock replenishment and rotation to optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborating with store management to execute promotional displays and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitoring and reporting on product performance and customer feedback.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of display areas to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assistance as needed.

• Previous experience in retail merchandising or similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a creative flair for visual presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
