- Deliver specialised Physiotherapy clinical and consultancy services to the In-reach Rehabilitation Team in accordance with accepted professional practices, legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
- Provide clinical advice and direction to a team of Physiotherapists to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes applying change management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
- Develop, monitor and report on clinical practices and professional service outcomes for the In-reach Rehabilitation team and Physiotherapy/ service through the collection, analysis and reporting of relevant data, key performance indicators and outcome measures.
- Demonstrate collaborative clinical leadership and expertise obtained through significant professional development activities, post graduate education or formal qualifications and actively pursues development and learning opportunities, including contribution to training of Physiotherapy and other health professionals.
