This casual position will be used to fill pharmacist positions all across the Richmond Network (Ballina, Casino, Byron, Lismore, Kyogle). We strongly encourage any retail pharmacists who are looking for a career change to apply. The Lismore Base Hospital pharmacy team have a dedicated pharmacy educator and provide all new staff members with significant training and support to ensure they are job-ready before they are expected to work independently.
If you have:
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia via Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with post graduate qualifications as defined by the award and a minimum of 6 months experience in the relevant specialty OR have a minimum three years' experience in pharmacy, including not less than 12 months experience in the relevant specialty acceptable to the employer OR demonstrate a higher level of performance in clinical pharmacy practices as defined by the standards of the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia as per the award as a pharmacist
- Knowledge of contemporary clinical pharmacy practice and relevant professional standards and codes of practice
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a health service
- Well developed and proven organisational, planning and leadership skills
