What You Will Be Doing

Our Pharmacy Department is seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to join our highly effective and motivated team of Pharmacists and Technicians. The position is casual, with the option of also working weekends and public holiday.

The successful applicant will provide high quality Pharmacy Technician support to our Pharmacists and may be required to work across all sites.

Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme and hospital experience would be an advantage.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Completed or be willing to complete an approved Certificate III Hospital Pharmacy Technician course.
• A positive team attitude
• Demonstrated general clerical skills
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to customer service
• Organised and efficient work skills
• Meticulous attention to detail

*Please refer to salary circular for HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.

This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.
