We provide social, financial, and emotional support to the 43,000 partners, children, and dependants of veterans who have lost their lives or health as a result of their service to our country. It’s what we are proud to have done for 100 years, as we celebrate our centenary in 2023.

Legacy Club Services (LCS) provides a suite of services that support participating Legacy clubs and their operations to provide quality services to their beneficiaries.

About the role

An opportunity exists for a passionate and proactive team member to join our Holiday Program in Moss Vale. The position is being offered on a casual basis based around the current needs of the program and will offer approximately 15 hours per fortnight.

You will be responsible for various tasks throughout the program such as breakfast/dinner set up and clearing as well as assisting our Housekeeper in her day to day duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with set up and clearing before and after meal periods
• Assisting with cleaning of the kitchen 
• Assisting with cleaning of all rooms and ensuites
• Assisting with cleaning of the communal areas of the house including the dining and sitting rooms

Skills and Experience

Essential

• Able to maintain cleaning and hygiene standards 
• Ability to be able to carry out physical tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to engage in building and maintaining relationships with internal / external stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organisational skill and ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. 
• Able to work autonomously with a ‘can-do’ attitude

Highly Regarded

• Food Handling Safety certificate
• Background in Community services or aged care
