About the Role

Reporting to the Publishing Team Lead in the Research Operations department, you will transform data and insights into persuasive, engaging and innovative graphics. Thriving in a busy, deadline-driven environment, this role will entail the following:

  • Preparing charts, graphs and findings that will assist consultants in communicating research results to clients.
  • Produce and review fault free, consistent, clear, easy to read and aesthetically appealing reports and presentations.
  • Effectively communicate the progress of publishing projects to consultants, analysts and your manager.
  • Assist in other ad hoc publishing needs.

About You

You are a high achiever who has a curious mind. You’re naturally energetic and passionate. You strive to deliver exceptional results and are always at the top of your game. You will bring to the role:

  • Working towards a tertiary qualification in Professional Writing, Publishing and Editing, Linguistics, Business Communications, Communications, Commerce or Marketing (or other relevant discipline).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and an affinity to working with numbers.
  • Strong eye for detail with an ability to review your own work and others work - professional editing skills would be an advantage.
  • Exceptional customer service ethos and professional phone manner.
  • You have an ability to meet deadlines and manage your own time.
  • A well-presented disposition with a professional approach.
