The Team Leader role will be responsible for both financial control & operation for a portfolio of properties, as well as managing a team of 2-3 direct reports.
Key duties include:- Preparation and review of P&L, balance sheet & cash flow statements for your portfolio of properties
- Supporting with the annual audit process
- Partner with Property Managers in explaining finance terms, supporting them with budgets, forecasts etc.
- Contributing to the budgeting & forecasting process for the office
- Managing, leading, supporting and training your team

- Experience leading a team - preferably direct reports, but mentoring exposure will be considered
