Description
- Responding to customer enquires over the phone & email.
- Providing quotes including customer follow up.
- Processing sales and purchase orders
- supporting and coordinating with sales engineers and national warehouses.
- ADhoc duties as required
Profile
- Proven internal sales or sales coordinator experience
- Customer service experience
- Internal sales experience from within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector would be highly beneficial
- Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build strong internal and external relationships
- Computer literacy
