About The Role
As a Casual Shop Assistant at Sunday Best Trading Co, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to the success of our retail store. We're a close-knit group that values teamwork, creativity, and a love for fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing and arranging merchandise
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Stay informed about current fashion trends to help customers make stylish choices
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks
- Social Media Content Creation - Working with the team for social media content to capture our new arrivals to share with our community
Your Experience
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude towards customers
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
