With stores in 3 beautiful locations across the Sunshine Coast, we are committed to delivering a unique shopping experience for our customers, both local and holiday-goers.
ZILBA currently have CASUAL SALES ASSISTANT positions available at our NOOSAVILLE, COOLUM BEACH and CALOUNDRA Stores. Note that this is not seasonal, but an ongoing position.
- RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT - Casual approx 12 hrs - 16 hrs / week
The position has regular Saturday, Sunday and weekday shifts involved. Minimum 4 hour shifts.
The Duties of the Role Include:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Satisfy customer needs through product knowledge
- Ensuring tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Working as part of a team to improve processes
- Operation of POS Software and equipment
- Availability to work weekends and Public Holidays
Your Skills & Attributes:
- Have a passion for the retail industry, customer service and shoes!
- Proven retail experience and current POS system experience
- Excellent personal presentation
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Reliable and punctual
