The Role
We are on the hunt for an experienced Sommelier looking who has worked in some of Sydney’s most on trend and prestigious fine dining venues to bring their passion for great wine & beverages and their love of hospitality to our two hat restaurant.
With a mix of clientele ranging from corporates and foodies, to special occasion diners and friends getting together for a night on the town, your passion for service will be ignited here.
Your role will involve all of the Sommelier essentials including stock management, customer service, offering wine recommendations to patrons and assisting in working a section.
Having worked for some of Australia’s best fine dining establishments, your skills will be fine tuned and you will be an expert communicator, with the ability to provide an exceptional service and advice to patrons.
