Casual Store Person

We are currently seeking a driven Casual Store Person to join our team in Parkes. What a great place to learn and develop your career! This is a casual role to assist the branch on Monday-Friday 8-5pm with additional hours as required. About the Opportunity:Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing sales and administration support on a casual basis, as well as ensure orders are received and dispatched for delivery safely and on-time. Tasks are varied and will include:Management of stock, pick and pack ordersSome on-farm deliveries Forklift operationGoods receipt and dispatchInventory controlMaintaining safety processesLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries About You:To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skillsExcellent attention to detailEffective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationshipsFull drivers’ licence is essential.
