Casual Teaching Staff (High School)

Are you passionate about education and looking for a flexible role in a dynamic school environment? KTC is currently seeking Casual Teaching Staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons for High School students.
• Support students in achieving their academic and social goals.
• Provide targeted support for individual students and small groups.
• Address the socio-emotional needs of students.
• Prepare resources and materials for teaching.
• Motivate students to achieve and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Education (qualified to teach High School).
• Relevant teaching experience, preferably in High School education.
• Evidence of NESA accreditation and NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC, employee) 
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and instructional methodologies for High School education.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Experience differentiating lessons to support students in reaching their full potential.
• Willingness to work in line with the college ethos.
