This role requires a people leader, who will define and lifecycle consistent, development pathways across the Scrum Master capability within the Government Health sector.You will focus on building relationships across eHealth NSW and maintain a pipeline of demands for Scrum Masters and other agile services.Health Manager Level 4, commencing salary from 137,173.00 - $163,431.00 + 11% Super and Annual Leave loadingFor more information, read the full .What you will doAs an integral member of the Agile Team , you will:
  • Provide inspirational leadership experience and enable high performance across various teams in a complex stakeholder management environment.
  • Manage recruitment and workforce planning for a diverse, remotely dispersed team and step in as Scrum Master when required (rarely).
  • Consult with our team of agile coaches and other SMEs to ensure alignment between Scrum Master practices and strategic agile development across eHealth NSW.
  • Build, run, and continuously improve business processes required to run the growing practice.
  • Be a strong communicator with interpersonal skills, who can influence and negotiate with key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
