Part time 5 day a week casual receptionist opportunity has arisen to work with a successful and growing FMCG business in the South East. The company is a subsidiary of US global household name and continually invests heavily into developing its innovative products, and is successfully moving into new market segments with the major retailers.
About the role
Looking for a motivated Receptionist role who is happy to work part time 5 days per week from 1pm - 5pm for a duration of 3 weeks. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a very hands on and diversified role
Duties
- Welcoming visitors and contractors to the site and ensuring that they are inducted according to site procedures;
- Managing the site switchboard during business hours, including taking messages and answering general enquiries;
- Maintain a presentable reception area;
- Coordinating domestic, international courier bookings and mail activities
- Maintaining our access control system, creating and issuing cards, updating profiles
- Raising, receipting and processing purchase orders and invoices
- Maintaining office supplies including stationery, staff amenities
- Assisting with adhoc administration tasks including: data entry, report writing, document collation, etc.
Skills & experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position;
- An approachable and professional manner;
- Strong communication skills;
- A high level of attention to detail;
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Demonstrated resourceful, flexible and proactive approach to work.
