SalaryThe CompanyOur client, a renowned grammar school based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their administration team on an annual leave cover temporary assignment.The RoleDuring this 3-week assignment, you will be responsible for the following: Greeting all new arrivals to the premises, including scheduled and unscheduled visitors and employees.Scheduling appointments and overseeing calendars.Ensuring the reception area is well presented at all times.Meeting room management.Modifying student records where needed.General ad-hoc administration including filing, photocopying, ordering stationary etc. Your ProfileYou are a well presented and well-spoken individual with proven reception experience.
