How you will make contributions that matter
An exciting 12-month contract opportunity currently exists for an experienced Insights and Category Manager to become a subject matter expert in consumer behaviour, with the purpose of growing consumption of our key brands and optimising customer experience with our products.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing long and short term insights and leading the range review process on the allocated category
Project managing primary research
Concept testing with input into pricing and promotional strategies
Identifying innovation opportunities and participating in the New Product Development process
This is an exciting opportunity to gather insights and review consumer behaviour across your category. You’ll be working cross-functionally to meet your key objectives, engaging and communicating with stakeholders on all levels across the business.
About you
Proven experience working with consumer insights as well as category management
FMCG industry experience ideally
An ability to influence and engage stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive data-led decisions
A natural curiosity to understand consumer behaviour
