Key responsibilities:
You will partner with clients and enable them to make data driven decisions that grow their business.
Sharing your strong understanding of consumer attitudes, behaviours, retail purchasing and consumption trends, you will help clients to win new shoppers and increase sales. You will also be responsible for generating thought leadership for the wider liquor sector through identifying market trends and patterns.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Defining business problems through consultations with clients and providing solutions to their business needs
- Solving briefs with actionable recommendations through incorporating analysis from different data sources (scan and shopper)
- Providing and presenting insights through storytelling
- Leading the creation of thought leadership content by identifying topical macro trends which are relevant to the wider liquor sector
- Delivering thought leadership content to clients and internal teams as required
We’re looking for:
- Previous experience in category management or insights, within a market research agency, FMCG manufacturer or retailer
- Previous experience analysing scan and shopper data
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to effectively mine data and derive actionable insights
- A creative and curious nature, with the ability to effectively problem solve
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A passion for thought leadership and research
