Role Responsibilities:
This is a growth role. A brand-new level to fit snugly between the senior and junior team.
- Confidently running with client needs and creating strong relationships
- Helping to create compelling proposals and research programs.
- Designing research for tracking and ad-hoc projects with a specialisation in Brand health, market segmentation, U&A, product optimisation, CX, behaviour nudging, communications development, and policy evaluation.
- Mentoring junior team members & moving up to direct line reports
- Supporting the SLT and building leadership skills
- Strong project management and communication skills through project set-up and data collection
- Analysing and synthesising data sets to uncover crucial consumer insights.
- Producing regular reports, presentations and strategic roadmaps to clients to inspire action
- Getting involved with industry events to build your professional brand and represent the agency
