Job Description
In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Developing and executing procurement strategy across the Facilities Management Portfolio, encompassing areas such as HVAC, Waste, Electricity, and Security Management.
- Executing and supporting the end-to-end procurement process in line with company procedures, with a focus on nurturing critical supplier and client relationships.
- Cultivating and maintaining productive relationships within your team to foster the development of your direct reports. Additionally, you'll be responsible for forging strategic relationships with internal stakeholders across all categories.
- Balancing the delivery of the best commercial value with responsibilities for supplier risk and governance management.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management Procurement & Strategic Sourcing in a full end-to-end life cycle role.
- Relevant completed or partially completed tertiary qualifications, with CIPS certification highly regarded.
- A passion for the Food Industry, ideally with experience in Facilities Management within an FMCG, manufacturing, or food services environment.
- The ability to forge strong business relationships coupled with a desire to step into a leadership position within your portfolio.
- A track record of delivering value and cost reduction through strategic sourcing and category management, complemented by proficiency in utilising analytics to drive commercial results.
