Form of workAn exciting opportunity exists for enthusiastic Food Services Assistants to join our Hospital Catering Team on a permanent part-time basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering patient meals and mid meals
- Keeping a clean, tidy and hygienic kitchen environment
- Washing up after meal delivery
- Basic food preparation whilst offering high standards of quality and service to customers and patients.
You must have flexibility to work weekdays and some weekends (including public holidays) across morning/afternoon shifts. Permanent part-time position on offer for an immediate start.
About You
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the following attributes:
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
- A ‘can do’ attitude with a friendly disposition
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment (desirable)
- Excellent customer service
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices and high standards of cleanliness.
